Student Materials Pick Up

Description

On August 11th any time between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM you will be able pick up your child's learning/educational materials. All students at McSpedden will need these materials for the first three weeks of school for virtual learning. Students planning to attend face-to-face learning after the first three weeks will bring those materials back to school on September 3rd when they come for face-to-face.

 

If you are interested in receiving a device for your child on August 11th during materials pick up, please complete the device request form by August 5th. If you have already completed the form, you will be able to receive your device(s) on the 11th and do not need to complete another form.

If you complete a device request form after August 5th, we will be in touch with you to arrange the pick up date and time.

 

Procedures to pick up materials on August 11th:

Please use the same location to pick up materials as you did at the end of the year for our student material exchange. Please note, there is not a designated grade level time slot, so please come anytime during the 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM window.

  • Drive up to back of school . PRIOR to coming, write the FIRST AND LAST NAME and GRADE of each of your students on same paper. Large and with DARK ink. Place visibly in your front window as you drive up.

Example:

Mary Smith- 5th grade

John Smith- 3rd grade

 

Do not get out of car- have your trunk open and staff member will place materials in your trunk.
