PTA Checklist -

Register as a New Member if you are new to McSpedden or haven't participated in the past.
Fill out the following forms that are new every year, even for returning members!
- Family and Student Forms
- Check out the Volunteer Opportunities available
- Fill out the 2025-2026 PTA Membership Form and pay your dues to join the PTA
- Complete your Frisco ISD Background Check to be able to volunteer on campus

IMPORTANT DATES:

AUGUST

7th PTA Hosts Kinder Munchkins with Teachers 3-3:30pm (Activities for kids, munchkins & juice boxes) at cafe (need board members to attend also)
10th PTA Welcome Table at Meet the Teacher 4:30-6:30pm
10th SLC & Kinder Meet the Teacher in Classrooms 5pm-6pm
10th 1st through 5th Meet the Teacher in Classrooms 5:30pm-6:30pm
12th FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
12th PTA Host Tears & Cheers for Kinder Parents 7:45am-8:30am
13th Class Dues Forms Sent Home (consider sending home at meet the teacher)
26th Room Parent Meeting 8am in cafe and 6pm via Zoom
27th PTA Membership Packets Sent Home in Student Folders
28th Class Dues Cut Off Date for T-shirts (5th grade camp Sept 15th)
